Mind-Map Radio Program Pamir Region

As mentioned in the mind map, we can classify the programs as
  1. Optional and
  2. Mandatory.
This is based on the length of the program and budget allocated.

Initially the program should be short and crisp, slowly we need to increase the length.

Before launching this to the people, we need to promote the program
  1. By using the government
  2.  or some advertisements through Radio
  3.  and through students.
This ensures
  1. More number of farmers attends the program .
  2. More number of students participate in the concept.

We need to take the feedback at intervals. To ensure that farmers are benefiting from such programs with some questionnaire.

From Farmers / Pastoral
  1. What needs to be improved?
  2. How He/She has benefited?
  3. Do they want to increase the program timing?
  4. Do they need access to any other resource materials?
  5. How can they maintain ease communication with the team?
  6. Were they comfortable with students, radio programmer, team?
  7. Were the solutions useful?
  8. Any tips for negative feedback?
From Students:
  1. How well farmers interacted?
  2. Were they comfortable with farmers?
  3. Was the time given enough to complete the interview?
  4. Any help required from the Technical -Team in capturing interview?
  5. How well the team interacts with them? are they comfortable?
  6. Any suggestion to improve the program?

Team Involved : Has been shown in the mind map itself. Going forward we can add or modify the team. We can keep the feedback capturing team within Interview Team. As they will be interacting with the farmers quite frequently.
